He specialises in operational transformations: process restructuring, building production management systems, and working with organisations through change. Bridges the worlds of science and industrial practice in a way rarely seen among consultants. A PhD with years of research experience and parallel industry projects and expert assignments. He specialises in data analysis, predictive methods, and modelling complex processes. He is equally at home in the world of standards, regulations, and digital technologies as in daily work with production teams.
